TeamViewer is used basically for demo and troubleshooting purposes. We developed online applications and it was a good tool for us to give a demo to our offshore clients. It was used by our Development team.
- Nice collaboration tool
- Allows user to give/take control of screen
- Easy to use and very intuitive
- Could be faster; other tools like Join.me are better in terms of speed.
- Really helpful in collaboration and resulted in higher efficiency.
- Saved dollars for our company as we did not have to travel to our client's location for demos.
