Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used TeamViewer in a previous organization. It was used for clients to call in and get support from the phone staff. the program was only used by those answering the phones and supporting the company product. The customers who would call in were your average user in mom and pop used car shops so this was an easy way to remote into their computers and help guide them in installing the product for which they paid for.

Pros and Cons

TeamViewer was easy to use and setup
Remote controlling a computer couldnt be any easier
Took the guess work out of support

Currently TeamViewer does everything i need it to do.

Return on Investment

Dont have any at this time.

Alternatives Considered

Remotely anywhere

Teamviewer was cheaper and easier to use than Remotely Anywhere for the company size.

I use TeamViewer not only for work but I also use it for friends and family that have computer issues.

Likelihood to Recommend

The best scenario would be those that are traveling. This would be a great program to remote in to a user's computer.
