Overall Satisfaction
I used TeamViewer in a previous organization. It was used for clients to call in and get support from the phone staff. the program was only used by those answering the phones and supporting the company product. The customers who would call in were your average user in mom and pop used car shops so this was an easy way to remote into their computers and help guide them in installing the product for which they paid for.
- TeamViewer was easy to use and setup
- Remote controlling a computer couldnt be any easier
- Took the guess work out of support
- Currently TeamViewer does everything i need it to do.
- Dont have any at this time.
- Remotely anywhere
Teamviewer was cheaper and easier to use than Remotely Anywhere for the company size.
