Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
My primary role was as a product implementation specialist in my previous organization. We used TeamViewer as a primary tool to share my desktop with customers or internal teams like web development or testing teams. Is it being used by a department? Yes, only development and implementation team used TeamViewer. Business problems? The ability for users to access a desktop from mobile to troubleshoot application errors.
- Mobile app works very similar to the desktop app. It makes life easier when you can remotely access your desktop through mobile to troubleshoot issues.
- This product doesn't require any training or training material as its a self learning application and is very user friendly.
- The only limitation I can think of is the system sometimes stalls in between sessions and sometimes hangs and requires the system to be restarted. This was one of the issues which I faced while using TeamViewer.
