Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Team Viewer is predominantly used by the Web Development and Tech Support department for working remotely and supporting other users. Every computer in the company has Team Viewer installed so that anyone can receive technical support. Additionally, it is often used for working remotely (usually from home). Team Viewer is a very convenient tool to have!
  • Team Viewer is easy to use.
  • Team Viewer is quick to install.
  • The connected computers under one account isn't always a great way to quickly connect.
  • People are able to address technical issues without physically going to the PC in question.
  • Working from home is a possibility.
In my opinion, Team Viewer is the best FREE remote desktop control available. LogMeIn is wonderful, but does not offer a free version. Chrome offers a Remote Desktop application that is easy to use, but not as feature rich as it's competitors. Overall, Team Viewer is the best because of the tiers and ease of use.
The free and paid versions are both excellent products. The main benefit that I can see about having the paid version is very small - you don't get the notifications to go premium. The free version is feature rich and a breeze to use. I've used it at multiple companies and for personal use.
