Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

It is being used by our whole organization. Our internal IT staff assist us when we face technical problems specific to our organization.

  • Can easily remotely connect with employee
  • Doesn’t crash like other software I’ve used.
  • Higher screen solution
  • More functions?
  • Enhanced security since remote access
  • Minimized Tech support downtime
Audio is better on teamviewer.
Easy to remotely connect.
It works well if you want to share your screen with an employee remotely. But we haven’t explored how well it works using multiple programs while screen sharing.
