Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
It is most useful at work to help your colleagues and clients when they have problems on their computer when the speakers did not work, I was able to solve it thanks to TeamViewer. It is the essential tool for any technician or IT worker who wants to help people.
- Supports chat (text, video, and voice over IP)
- Can control a remote computer through the desktop program, a mobile device, or an Internet browser
- Supports Wake-on-LAN (WOL)
- Spontaneous support
- A beginner cannot understand it easily. Even though there are many options which are very useful without guidance they cannot be used
- I dislike a bit that is only with an Internet connection but it is the logical thing to connect two computers at a long distance because I have an inconvenience when sharing video from one screen to the other when I enter to my remote computer but this only happened to me 1 time. I do not know if it was connection failure or the rest program is a quite complete and very good program.
- Without any form of IP blocking, there is a potential for a security vulnerability.
- TeamViewer has had a positive impact mainly in the situation when someone gets sick or there are days with really bad weather and people are not able to come to work which eventually might cause loss of productivity and helps my teams stay on schedule.
- It has been useful when using it with the client and it gave us the freedom to use any kind of operating system without any restrictions
