Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
Remote Desktop Support of all Users through all departments. Used by our local office as well as Cross country and Timezones. Users only use Teamviewer as a host. Power users are department representatives as well as all within the IT Department.

- Transfer of Files/ Clipboard
Cons
- Pricing for Small and Medium-sized companies
- Faster Support for offside offices
- Everyone knows it
- ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
For bigger companies, oven the Option to go for. In my case, the decision was made before.
