Overall Satisfaction with Teamwork Projects
We are currently using Teamwork Projects between 4 departments: Marketing, Design, Engineering and Customer Service. The bulk of use is coming from Marketing & Engineering, with Design and Customer Service doing mostly monitoring of projects.
- Viewing of prioritized task lists & dependencies by project or team member.
- Assignment and notification of project tasks through the app, email or text.
- Creating and adjusting project work loads via live Gantt charts.
- Time tracking could be more intuitive.
- It's browser based and a desktop app would be much better.
- Better/deeper Slack integration (especially without using Zapier).
- It has reduced redundancies substantially.
- It has increased streamlining and productivity across departments.
- It has allowed for easy departmental status reviews of ongoing projects.
