Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We use Text-Em-All to provide appointment reminder text and calls to our patients

Pros

  • User Friendly
  • Billing Reports
  • Number Reports to show activity
  • Opt numbers out for patients who don't want reminders etc.

Cons

  • I don't love the Text-Em-All emails that advise you of completed broadcast. I don't need them but I can't turn them off.
  • Appointment reminders
  • Large broadcast for patients
  • Attaching picture to text for help with directions
  • Prevents missed appointments
  • Allows for easier communication
  • Automatic and easy for staff to plan their reminders
I have had to call 2-3 times and all times they were responsive and helpful.
While it doesn't integrate with our EHR system, it's less expensive and allows for less errors since we manually enter the information.

We moved practice location 2 years ago and patients were having a hard time finding the new location. We found a feature where we can include a picture with the reminders. We were able to add a map picture to all new patients and had a huge decrease in complaints.

Easy to use for new staff, organized and reliable. Cheaper than other healthcare system options.
