Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

Text-Em-All is used to broadcast to patients of our clinics to remind them of screenings and tests they need to complete, i.e. flu shots. Used to notify of special clinic events, direct them to health education websites. One business problem is our company's mandate to have text consent from all our patients. Text would be our preference since it validates recipient of the message. IVR does not confirm that, since majority go to voicemail.

Pros

  • Background scrubbing of phone numbers to deliver a quality broadcast.
  • Ease of use. New users can implement application after very minimal training.
  • Customer support. Our representative is the best.

Cons

  • Provide capability for additional fields in Results reporting
  • Ability to archive past broadcasts for easy access. Currently, if there are a lot of recent broadcasts in the Home screen, scrolling to locate a broadcast can be cumbersome.
  • Ability to choose file format for Results report to CSV, Excel minimum.
  • Scalable. Can accommodate numerous accounts under an umbrella application management team.
  • East of use and training.
  • Customer support.
  • This question requires more research than to just answer ad hoc in this survey.
