Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

The City of Poulan uses Text-Em-All to notify residents of eminent weather events, or other city business that would impact them. The City uses the service to notify the community of social events that may be of interest. The City primarily uses Text-Em-All to remind residents of past due utility services payment.

Text-Em-All has worked perfectly for the City Of Poulan's needs in reaching community members. The service allows you to not only generate detailed reports, but it also saves those reports which meets state retention requirements. The service allows you to utilize a system in which the receiver gets a caller ID notification of the number YOU chose - and this has proved very helpful for residents who recognize the City phone number. The service uses voice recordings that can be completed in multiple ways, and you can schedule the time you would like the phone calls/text messages to be delivered. I have recommended this service to surrounding municipalities.
