Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
At the outbreak of COVID 19 we implemented a broadcast messaging system to notify all resident families of any positive COVID cases in the facilities. We have since continued to use Text-Em-All to broadcast messaging to employees on important facility updates, as well as help with scheduling shifts. We have also included the Text-Em-All to our Emergency Preparedness Plan, in the event of an emergency we will utilize the broadcast system to communicate relevant information with employees and resident family members.

- a report of opt out number which includes the date they opted out
- A method to block spuming numbers in the texting inbox
- A customized texting auto reply message to incoming messages. Should have the ability to customize to reply to either all numbers, or new numbers that have not messaged before.

- Employees are more likely to look at and respond to a text message over an email.
- Saves a lot of time than having to make individual phone calls.
Better customer support.
Has the option to give individual access to sub users, without having them access other users broadcasts in the group, the other company we have tried did not offer this feature. We did not want sub users to have access to broadcasts from other sub users.
