Enables a non-profit to easily broadcast important info to it’s members

Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

A simple way to communicate with a group of people but responses only come back to the originator (one to many). Wanted a solution that also had a web page as well as a mobile app. Multiple leaders can monitor any responses and reply as needed. Also wanted the grouping of contacts feature.

  • Responding to inbound messages the GUI is a little slow refreshing.
  • One to Many broadcast with private responses
  • Quickly and efficiently let members know about events
  • Respond to individuals with questions
It’s been over a year since we reviewed solutions, I don’t recall the competitors we looked at. But none of them had the features we were looking for at the price point we needed as a non-profit.

Overall Text-Em-All handles a one to many broadcasting system extremely well. It manages subscriptions well allowing members to opt out and helps organization see participation and whether messages are being delivered or not. The only things I would change is the one to one messaging interface (reaction time is a little slow) and the ability to initiate a broadcast from the mobile app.
