Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

I work in ticketing the live entertainment industry. Unfortunately, in this business, sometimes things come up at the last minute or unexpectedly - i.e. shows getting rescheduled or cancelled. It can be very difficult to reach customers at the last minute to notify them of a change in status of an event. I was at conference several years ago and one of the topics of discussion was how people were notifying their customers of these changes and someone suggested using Text-Em-All. Text-Em-All has been a game changer in my office. We used to email customers and make individual phone calls to people who didn't provide us with email addresses. This process would sometimes take my staff several hours to complete. We'd have to keep a spreadsheet of who we were able to reach and who needed a call back. Now with Text-Em-All I can easily set up a message to go out to all ticket purchasers in just a few minutes, greatly increasing our chances of these important messages reaching our customers. I really enjoy the reporting features that allow me to see how many people my call or text has reached.

I highly recommend Text-Em-All to all of my industry colleagues.

I wish we could use Text-Em-All for season ticket deadline reminders but since that is technically considered a sales call, we don't use it for this.
