Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We use Text-Em-All to communicate important student account information to our students. The texts include payment deadlines and important announcements.

Pros

  • Texts are easy to send
  • Site is easy to navigate

Cons

  • Send an email notification when someone responds to our communication
  • Upload number list
  • Templates
  • That we can choose the number of credits that we want to buy
  • It has helped increase awareness of payment deadlines meaning we have to drop less schedules
  • It's a tool we can use to track who received notifications for disputes.

Text-Em-All is easy to use. We send 5-7 text messages per semester for students who are past due and it get's student moving to their account to pay. It also works great to push students to a specific site or email notification we have sent on mass level.
