Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

Text-Em-All has been a Godsend! I do not utilize a cell phone to text or call my families, but Text-Em-All allows me the opportunity to send a text or phone message to all my student's parents at one time. I do enjoy the benefit of being able to send messages to smaller groups when the need arises. The reason I do not use a cell phone is due to a car accident, I fractured my hand and typing on a small phone is very hard, with Text-Em-All I use my large computer keyboard to type all messages easily.
  • Send text messages or voice messages to a large group quickly
  • Informs me of the number of people who received the text or phone message
  • Allows families to respond to my text and I can reply directly from Text-Em-All
  • I can save my desired text messages to send again at a later time
  • My families have tried calling the phone number showing for Text-Em-All - I would like my office number to show as families say they have tried calling but are not able to get through to me.
  • I wish that I could be notified immediately if a family responds to my text.
  • Ease and speed of completing tasks
  • Text-Em-All has saved me valuable time by allowing me to make mass texts and phone calls at the same time.
  • My families are more apt to view their text messages over emails
I have only needed to contact Text-Em-All once. The speed, courtesy, and professionalism was much apprectiated.

As I have mentioned earlier, I appreciate the ease and speed provided by Text-Em-All for my families receiving a mass text or group phone message. I like the fact that I can make phone lists for each group that I send messages. The ease for me to type on a large computer keyboard vs a cell phone is greatly appreciated.
