Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
We use Text-Em-All to cultivate and encourage our donors to give and support our programs for children in need worldwide. We have used Text-Em-All for various campaigns to thousands of our donors.
Pros
- Allows nonprofits to solicit donations via text.
- Ease of use- uploading contacts, creating messages, and paying for credits are all simple.
- Great real-time feedback on opt-outs, replies and sends.
Cons
- Phone appends! That would be awesome.
- Affordable cost.
- Ability to do it ourselves instead of hiring a vendor.
- Donations received.
- Bequest received.
We used Synergy two years ago for a one-off text campaign for our EOY Fund, but it was managed by our direct mail partner at the time. We prefer working with TEA because we can import and export the information ourselves and the pricing is affordable.

I have called TEA a few times for different questions on the platform, like the cost for credits, the number of texts I'm able to send each day, the types of texts I can send. They are always able to answer these questions and update my account in real-time.
