Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud
Currently The Okta Identity Cloud is a enterprise tool in our company, that is being used as a single sign-on for all our Business and IT applications. This has definitely helped us with Security, Password management and user management. Moreover, we are in the process of migrating our on-prem applications to the cloud, and The Okta Identity Cloud has greatly helped us with cloud tools integration. With this we even started to implement multifactor authentication as additional security.

- Enhanced user management with assigning the right applications for their need
- Integration with SAP and Azure needs more improvement
- Needs more improvement with the Mobile version of the tool
- Documentation on break fixes is not sufficient
- Easy to assign application to users as per their business need. This reduced the number of IT request tickets.
- Users have all the applications in one place and do need to remember each password. The password is also as per corporate policy. This enhanced our security.
- Users are able to view analytical tools on mobile. Mobile version of The Okta Identity Cloud, too, has enhanced the experience for our users.
Oh yes, in fact that's the reason we moved to The Okta Identity Cloud, this has helped to present a centralized single sign on for all our Saas Applications. In our organization, we are starting to implement or move more towards to SaaS applications and this helps us handle user security in one place for all the tools.
I do not have any certification on The Okta Identity Cloud, but one thing the documentation for break fixes is not at all sufficient and even the support team is not being well versed with SAP and AZURE integration. P1s related to SAP and Azure take more than 2 or 3 days to get resolved, and there is not enough documentation on that.
This is true, when it comes to uptime for users, this tool has not disappointed us. This has surely reduced nor created any tickets for our IT support related to sign on. The mobile version of The Okta Identity Cloud often creates problems, otherwise the desktop version has always been up for us with no problem.
With respective to user interface and license cost, we thought The Okta Identity Cloud was better than other tools for use. Their customization of license was another reason for us to go with The Okta Identity Cloud over other tools.
