Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud

Okta is being used across our entire organization. The Single-Sign-On allows for an easy flow of software and application access without the requirement of having to login to each application separately. This makes our jobs more efficient and allows us to assist our customers quicker. To be able to get to our customers faster allows for us to make our customers happy. With Okta as our SSO partner, our organization is able to sign in to our plethoraof applications, internal and external.

I have been able to get into my daily applications quicker, which allows me to interact with my colleagues and customers at a more manageable time. Simply put, signing in to 20+ applications at once, saves me at least 30 to 40 minutes of going through and logging into all the applications
No support has been necessary to this point.
The reliability of Okta has definitely made it easier to access our applications quicker and make our lives simplified in a very hectic environment and with customers needing support for their products, having access to our resources makes it that much easier to support our customers and make their lives simpler.
Okta is the first of a kind for me and this organization. At this moment, we haven't even considered another provider. I am aware that other companies provide SSO options, such as Microsoft, but if something is working properly throughout your organization, why make a change? Okta just makes my day easier.

Yes

Okta is best set for businesses with multiple Saas applications and resources that will allow users to have streamlined access to the different resources without having to log in to each and every application. The downside of Okta is the ability to have personalization across the different resources, but this really won't hamper the everyday business user.

COVID-19 Response

It allowed for our organization to be 100% remote in regards to supporting our customers. I am sure that from an IT perspective, our organization sees the benefit of having a tool that connects you to others within the organization and externally, that it just makes our jobs easier to do
