Currently developing this as our infusion data insights solution for customer-facing analysis for Infusion medication safety practices and trends. Options are being explored that will be the solution to drive parallel analysis with other BD portfolio products. Speed to insight to identify improvement opportunities and measure outcomes

- Advance understanding of the problems that the healthcare industry is facing (great at counting cans of tuna, however healthcare has more complexities and variables)
- Account consultant is readily available, however need to use more dedicated time with them to hone my skills
- We are working on this to prove this to our Executive team as to how our customer will use the tool and validate our case use to go to market
Honestly - a while. Most of our end users are nurses and pharmacists. The informatics group does better. The average user and especially new to using or data takes 60-90 to understand what they are seeing... beyond that, we move them to understanding the insights and discussing an action plan.
If you 'miss pair' terms, you will get various output. We are having to teach our customers how to put relatable terms together to optimize their output (and reliability) using pre-build starter kits related to problematic themes. If we simplify let them start from scratch, they likely would give up or become frustrated.
We are using our own
