Overall Satisfaction with Thrive Leads

It is being used organization-wide to capture leads for all of our e-learning programs. Thrive Leads is used to collate and manage all the leads that we capture. The leads we capture through our landing pages. It has allowed us to connect with our autoresponder and emailer in an easy and functional way.

  • Sometimes editing the lead generation forms is a little difficult.
  • Has allowed us to increase our contact list more than 50% in one month.
  • Our income is nearing our yearly goal thanks to the leads we captured.
  • It has reduced the time spent on lead capture.
The principal difference and advantage that Thrive Leads provides is that we have full control of our contact management, and we can work in a WordPress environment, which is very convenient for us, something that ClickFunnels and Leadpages can't provide for us. That is why we'd rather work with Thrive Leads.
I haven't had the need to contact support and all of our problems have been solved using the knowledge base and FAQ on their website. Documentation is excellent and has helped us solve any problem that has arisen. Additionally, they have very clear and effective tutorials available to use Thrive Leads and all of their products.
Thrive Leads can be easily used by anyone who has the basic skills to work within the WordPress environment and who has the knowledge about lead capture and segmentation. As a lead capture tool, I think it's use is restricted to obtaining contact information in different settings, which it does flawlessly.

We use Thrive Leads in our landing pages for webinars and online classes, and it has worked very well in all situations. All of our pages are created with Thrive Architect and obviously Thrive Leads integrates seamlessly with it.

I think that it would not be very appropriate for someone that has little experience in working with WordPress and especially in a lead-capturing setting.
