Overall Satisfaction with Thrive Leads

We use Thrive Leads to capture all email addresses for a number of lists on the website. The software lets us create individualised forms in a variety of formats (slide in, pop up etc), which creates a better user experience all round. The ability to have a specific form appear on a specific page and not appear on others is also highly useful.

Pros

  • Easy to create forms
  • Can use multiple forms on a site and not just one
  • Forms can display depending on page and content
  • Easy to update forms across the site
  • Great analytics and easy to see what's working

Cons

  • The form creator is WYSIWYG, but not 100%
  • If computer is slow, forms are slow to load
  • Form loading can sometimes affect Google page speed insights
  • More signups
  • Better analytics to determine which forms perform best
  • Better list segmentation due to use of tags
Both Leadpages and ClickFunnels are great products but because they are so specific in many ways they didn't allow me to use them right across an entire website. Thrive Leads has integrated their products so well that you can use them on any wordpress site and of course with all other Thrive products. I also found the cost much better and the constant updating of the software means it's always up-to-date with the market.
No piece of software is ever 100% perfect. There is always room for improvement and Thrive Leads is no different. They do their best to fix any problems quickly and they are constantly updating the systems to make them smoother and easier to use. I like the way Thrive has laid out the interface too. It makes it quick and easy to create a new form on the fly.
In general, the support is great. When living in a different time zone, the support can seem slow but it's not. Most of the time, any issues I have get sorted out quickly and if it's not the first time, it generally gets fixed on the second go. Their knowledge base is good too although sometimes it's hard to search. Not usually their fault, more that users don't title their problems better.

I have yet to find a similar system that is as easy to use and comes with the type of support that Thrive Leads does. Sometimes support is a bit slow, but they always get back to you and nine times out of ten they can fix any problems on the first go. The flexibility of the form plugin itself is also excellent.
