Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO Data Virtualization

It's used internally by the department to manage and visualize data. We use it to generate and create reports also. It helps us manage the huge amount of data we have and makes it easier to search and see trends. We also use it to give a summary to our management on the trends.

The performance is fast and smooth. Returns results quite fast and it is reliable. We use it to make decision and analyse data. Useful tool to see data at a glance
  • Qlik Application Automation (Blendr.io)
Both products are comparable and we use them for different departments and data. Tibco is better in terms of responsiveness and implementation. The cost of implementation and maintenance is lower also and is easier for our users to use. It is easier for us to maintain in the long run also.

They are responsive and solve our issues quickly. We do not have any issues with the support and we will continue to engage them. So far, we are pretty satisfied. They know their product well and they are able to advise us on ways to improve our daily operations also.
We did not purchase premium support. Basic support is sufficient for us as we have staff with relevant experience and are able to support the minimum functions.
