TikTok for Business is a channel that helps us diversify our digital advertising channels for ecommerce. We focus it on conversion campaigns, taking advantage of its lower CPM compared to Meta. Typically, spending on Meta exceeds 80% of total ad spend; having TikTok for Business provides a strong secondary channel for customer acquisition, reducing our dependence on Meta.

  • Once we mastered Meta ADS, TikTok for Business became our second most important performance channel, helping us diversify acquisition and reduce dependence on a single platform.
  • It does take time and resources to create TikTok-native ADS, but the reach and frequency you can achieve make the investment worthwhile.
  • In LATAM markets, we’ve seen ROAS above 5, even as competition and ad saturation have increased over time. The limited number of available placements within the app has made competition tougher, which has also made performance harder to sustain.
