Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti

Tipalti is being used to pay vendors, such as car rental companies as well as to pay travel agencies their commissions. We do payouts to multiple countries around the world. Tipalti is used by my administrative finance dept. It is a cost-effective centralized platform to do payouts to multiple partners. Otherwise, I would have to do costly bank transfers.

Tipalti's platform is much easier to manage than Worldpay's. And, it's extremely user friendly.
Tipalti support is quick to respond and resolve our issues.
Tipalti is easy to use, but it needs to be expanded on multiple currencies.

Works well paying in US dollars. Currencies in Latin America are very limited so if you have to pay out in a local currency, Tipalti is not as efficient.
