Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti

We use Tipalti to pay all of our vendors. We switched over from another billing system and so far the transition has been smooth.
  • We are able to pull a huge file of bills into Tipalti at once.
  • The reporting is simple and easy to read.
  • It is very user friendly.
  • Once a bill is paid there is no changing it- even to put a memo.
  • It does not pull directly from your account you have to make deposits separately.
  • It would be great to be able to see the memo without having to go all the way in the bill.
  • It has freed up a lot of time that we were spending on enter[ing] bills.
  • Saving us money.
We find that it has been much easier to use and the customer service is friendly and easier to get a hold of.

We have over 1000 vendors that get paid out every month and it's easy to just go in and upload the file and all bills are in. With our previous system we had to do one by one and it was an absolute nightmare. We are very happy with Tipalti.
