Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti

So far Tipalti has been great! We haven't experienced many issues which is amazing! The transition from our old accounting system to Tipalti was the easiest implementation I've ever experienced.
  • Smart scanning of bills/invoices and populating the appropriate fields.
  • Approvers are able to approve with a simple click via email notification.
  • Would be nice to have funds pulled from bank account directly when processing payments vs funding our Tipalti account.
  • Some emails display incorrect dates on previous bills.
  • It's helped us streamline our AP process.
  • Approvers can approve via email.
  • The system does take some time to scan the bill when uploaded.
Other platforms have issues on remembering previous coding and approvals require managers to login to approve bills.

It's very simple to process bills once they've been entered into Tipalti as the system is able to pull information from the invoice and remember previous coding. The approval process is also very simple for managers to review bills when routed to their email for approval.
