Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti
We are using it fully to make sure our invoices are posted ready for payment, in our organization Tipalti is linked with other system which is Netsuite, so Netsuite is where PO's are created which is linked in Tipalti then payments are made once Invoices are booked in Tipalti. Business Problems
1.Sychronisation issues-Sometimes we are getting issues in synchronization between Tipalti and Netsuite which makes it difficult to send information to Netsuite
2.Scanning takes too long when sending invoices to Tipalti sometime it may take up to 24 hours for an invoice to be scanned I think if something can be worked on so it could take at least an hour or 2
3. I do not know if it is something workable or not but I think you can add more types of document like excel to be allowed to be scanned.

- Remembering the vendor department and account codes
- Flexible when making changes on settings
- Scanning Time
- more flexibility in capturing an invoice especially on account code because not all invoices for same vendor are for same activity
- synchronization with other apps
- On marking payment Tipalti can add a features where you mark payment paid partially because for now, the option is you can partially pay but not being able to mark it as bill paid partially.
- so far it has been very positive despite of some difficulties here and there
Tipalti’s platform has contributed best in organizing invoices through capturing them in advance which makes it easier in booking the invoices which saves a lot of time than doing it manually, it allows my team to focus on other issues and makes the department efficient by allowing small team to do more.
