Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti

Tipalti helped us solve the issue we were facing with multi-subsidiary AP management. When we implemented it, it was the only product on the market that could handle multi-subsidiary AP automation and payments.
  • Separating Subsidiaries
  • Invoice Capture
  • Approval flow automation
  • Integration with NetSuite could be improved. Even after 4 years, we run into at least one integration complication each month.
  • Account reconciliation becomes difficult with foreign payments.
  • ACH draft instead of having to wire money every payment run would make a huge difference.
  • Vendor onboarding has been a great feature for tax purposes.
  • Automation hasn't saved as much time as we had hoped.
  • Payment reconciliation has actually added time spent, not saved it.
Tipalti doesn't seem super user friendly to our foreign vendors.
It hasn't really...the biggest thing it's added is vendor onboarding.
We originally selected Tipalti based on their ability to manage multi-entity subsidiary AP management, but improvements to the software haven't been as great or as quick as we would have hoped.

If you have foreign subsidiaries, Tipalti is a great solution. Their customer service could be improved upon as far as technical help goes. I feel like whenever I reach out because of a syncing issue, it takes at least 1-2 weeks before we find out the solution, or I just give up and take care of it manually because I can't wait any longer.
