Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti
Tipalti is being used in our organization for automating our AP and helps with payments. It is being used by the whole organization for approving invoices and making timely payments to vendors. Our AP process is paperless as all invoices are sent by email and automatically uploaded to Tipalti. Approvals are done by email or by log in to AP hub.

Using Tipalti we saved significant amount of time processing invoices and making payments.
We looked into Stampli but did not get far, so I can not comment on how does Tipalti stacks against them. Main reason why we choose Tipalti is NetSuites sync with Tipalti. Tipalti works wonders for us as approval of invoices is easy and fast, also Tipalti automatically sends reminders for approvals.

We did not as we get all help that we need by contacting their support
We noticed that our sync with NS got disconnect and we send email to support and support has fixed issue in less than few hours.
