Highly recommend for the onboarding alone

It was very quick and easy to create multiple department approvals. It is a first time user it flowed seamlessly. I’m able to find exactly the data I need and make the work flow faster. The multiple submission detector is fantastic as some invoices are sent to multiple departments and knowing it was previously submitted, versus having to hand sort and verify duplicates of invoices, saves a lot of time.

Signing up new vendors for the coming year, we were able to promote to Tipalti’s quick payment system for our contractors. We walked them through setting up an account and it was very easy to send each vendor a link to the sign-up page. We were able to keep in contact with our contractors on the status of payments and easily find the information. Ability to offer faster payments was well received and a vast improvement over last year. I like the fact that each vendor can go in and set up their own account. That way they can view the status of their invoices and retrieve their payment information.
