Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti

We use Tipalti to process all AP invoices, following a controlled process and to make payment to our vendors.

Pros

  • Send reminders of invoices pending approval
  • Very easy to use
  • Help the company to save time on payment processing

Cons

  • Have view only roles for certain depts visibility
  • On hold option for invoices
  • Save time onboarding vendors
  • Save time making payments
  • AI is a great plus as increase accuracy on the data entry
We have greatly seen Tipalti has help the company to scale w/o having to worry about needed more people since the system is highly automated, follows internal controls and increases visibility on our side as well as the vendor side.
Netsuite did not have much of the current functionality that Tipati offers such as automated payments, the approval workflow requires of additional investment and could end up being very expensive. I do not think Netsuite offers the AI functionality as Tipalti does.

Tipalti has help the company to increase efficiency and accuracy as we can see in one place the invoice, approvals, payments, see and find easly to prior invoices for reference and guide. We are also saving time on the use of AI as the AP work has become as checker role more than a data entry role. The fact that we have vendor onboarded themselves into the platform and enter their data and banking information gives piece of mind the making fraudulent payment is less likely to occur.
