Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti
We work with over 100 independent contractors every month, onboarding an average of 10 new vendors a month. Prior to Tipalti, we manually gathered the w9 and payment information and routed invoices for approval through email. Our vendors appreciate the simplicity of Tipalti's vendor onboarding, it takes them less than 5 minutes, and we value that the onus is on the vendor. Payment cannot be issued until they have correctly completed the forms.We estimate that we've recovered two full work days by utilizing Tipalti.

Our accounts payable clerk gained approximately two days each month because of the efficiency of Tipalti's system, freeing her to do more analytical work and spend more time reviewing for accuracy. Formerly, our approval system was routing invoices through email which allowed for invoice payment getting missed and overall poor organization. Now the only invoices that we miss are ones that were never sent!
Tipalti's system is much easier to manipulate, it felt like you needed an advanced degree to utilize Concur effectively.
