Overall Satisfaction with Todoist

Use it as a collobrative tool and share with team members and also use it at home for to-do lists and even shopping. It is a great tool, even the free version is great.

Pros

  • Categorize.
  • Organize.

Cons

  • Cost-based subscription.
  • Sharing with non-paid users.
  • Made myself more efficient.
  • Made my team stand out more.
The only one I have used besides this is MS Project Pro. This is better and worse. Project is good for enterprise but this fills the void if you are a mobile and busy person.
I think it is a 9. I have used it for 5 years and will continue to use it. Their support was fast!

This does everything you need. It is quick and even has an app so you can stay mobile. You can flag and categorize events. You can even add contacts and photos or uploads of quotes and what not. It has literally made me a better manager and person. I get complimented on my "memory" but I owe a lot of it to the app.
