In our organization, we use TOPdesk for various service departments. For reports from employees in various areas. We use the modules for example Incident Management, Asset magement, Reserverations etc.
Pros
- Administration of Incidents and the status including communication between operators.
- Administration of room bookings and aditional services.
- Administration of used assets.
Cons
- The module change management is not easy to implement, a course is recommended.
- Supporting employees in their work
