Overall Satisfaction with TOPdesk

TOPdesk has been adapted and is being used company wide. We use it for change management, incident reporting, asset management amongst others.

Because of how we use TOPdesk our efficiency is way better in comparison with how it was a couple of years ago. Also sharing expertise using "kennis items" is a must have tbh.

Pros

Cons

  • Developing forms
  • Amount of escalations have dropped significantly
  • Much lesser issues reported via email/phone/teams..
The possibilities are much greater then the ones I have mentioned above. Also it is a Dutch company, it helps to have short lines with the guys/girls in Delft.

For incident reporting and monitoring it is one of the best, also the SSP is a must have for any company with +20 employees. Furthermore I find linking our TOPdesk environment with our partners TOPdesk environment, very interesting and will be part of our 2025 goals!
