TOPdesk, going to the TOP is hard, staying there is harder......well done TOPdesk.
Overall Satisfaction with TOPdesk
TOPdesk has been adapted and is being used company wide. We use it for change management, incident reporting, asset management amongst others.
Because of how we use TOPdesk our efficiency is way better in comparison with how it was a couple of years ago. Also sharing expertise using "kennis items" is a must have tbh.

The possibilities are much greater then the ones I have mentioned above. Also it is a Dutch company, it helps to have short lines with the guys/girls in Delft.
