Overall Satisfaction with Totango
We usually set up our customer's accounts, online ordering setups, and check their account health using Totango. It is very much convenient that you could easily find all of your workloads in one single software!

Well, as I've said, it keeps things tidy. All you have to do is click on the customer's account, then all of the information that you might need would be there. Time saver!
They were both very useful and they are integrated into each other like they are twins. But for me, in my own honest opinion, Totango is a little bit better than Salesforce.
