Overall Satisfaction with TrackMaven
We use it for analytics, to track what how we match up against competitors and what types of content our competitors are using. Probably most notably, the reports from TrackMaven are the ones that end up in quarterly reports because they look great.
- Reports. Build is easy and they look terrific in presentations.
- Ease. It's REALLY easy for anyone to use.
- Looking at your competitors. Being able to look at our share of voice vs. our competitors is really great.
- Inclusion of paid analysis (which I understand is about to happen).
- We've been able to show, through TrackMaven's tools, that our content strategy works.
I can't imagine ditching TrackMaven. It's a MUST HAVE. Better than pretty much any vendor that we use.
