Overall Satisfaction with Trello
Trello is used as a project management system within our organization. Since this is used as a project management system so a number of people use this on daily basis. We manage our office active projects using this tool.
It helps us managing activities easily. We are able to assign tasks to other team members using Trello.

Pros
- Trello helps managing projects really well. It's dashboard provides a quick summary of all projects in form of Boards.
- Trello helps managing activities for the team members. Team can be notified once an activity is assigned to them.
- It provides a good way to see reporting on active projects.
Cons
- I would like to see an option of managing and adding contacts into Trello. Somtime its helpful to add contact details along with project details.
- I would like to see Trello integration with GitHub to manage project files.
- Better task management
- Accurate billing reporting
- Visibility on team activities

We have used Active collab and a few other project management systems. Most system works in same way. But when it comes to trello, I like 2 features best and unique:
1. Drag and drop abilities: It helps moving a task into different stages easily.
2. Quick summary of all projects in 1 page dashboard.
