Overall Satisfaction with Trello
Trello is being used by my department; it may be used by others in the organization but I don't have information on that. Trello offers a way to track projects and their details. It shows at a glance the status of the project, what stage it is in, and who is responsible for the project.
- Easy to move items around. It is great to be able to easily update the stages of the project.
- Color coding. It helps to determine which project is at what stage.
- The Trello emails don't help at all. They define a subject but when you go into the software, there is no information on how to find the subject area.
- The help menu - not sure there is one since I could never find it.
- Can't print a usable document.
- The software allows the IT staff to track and prioritize their projects. It keeps them from dropping projects.
I find both of them difficult to use.
