Overall Satisfaction with Trello

We have a few groups that use Trello and it is mostly for projects or ongoing tasks. Trello is so very easy to use. It allows us to all be on the same page and see in real-time who is doing what part of the whole task or project. It is easy to divide responsibilities and be efficient.
  • Easy to create project and cards.
  • Easy to label cards with people, colors, check-boxes, etc.
  • Cards can be dragged around and archived very simply.
  • Perhaps Trello could use more integrations with other well known and used programs.
  • More automated features.
  • More administrative capabilities.
  • Since we were using the free version it was all positive for us.
  • Was very good to improve our productivity.
  • I have no bad things to say about Trello.
Trello is well suited for overseeing projects where there are many moving parts and components. Trello can help visualize all the different pieces and help you assign them to individuals. Everyone who can see the boards can get up to date information instantly. The checklists and deadlines features are great because they make parts of the work very finite and tangible.
