Overall Satisfaction with Trello

We use Trello in our company to plan software development tasks. We create several boards, and in each of them, the cards with the different tasks go through different lists with states and are assigned to a person in charge within the team.
  • Good handling of notifications.
  • Ability to incorporate attachments.
  • Possibility of integrations (certain add-ons).
  • The search for cards is not entirely good.
  • Attachments cannot be related to a comment on each card.
  • Difficult to access archived items.
  • Improvement in our team organization.
  • Improvement in our communication.
  • Cost reduction (we use the free tier).
Trello is useful in planning tasks with different people and roles within the team. It allows for a fluid stream of communication. However, in cases involving large amounts of tasks or numerous teams, it can occasionally become complicated to carry and maintain without generating confusion.
