Overall Satisfaction with Trello

My company is in the process of developing a new sales & marketing team across various departments, as well as implementing new processes throughout the company. We have been using Trello as a lightweight project management tool which has been really great in helping us keep track of everything as we develop our team.
  • Increases your personal and professional productivity.
  • Boards are flexible, shareable, and let you pack a ton of detail into each card.
  • User friendly.
  • There are TONS of options, which leads to a big learning curve.
  • Limited flexibility in arranging cards and lists.
  • Sometimes to simple and basic for complex and extensive projects.
  • Keeps myself and my clients organized.
  • Lightweight management solution.
  • Easy on the eye and simple to navigate.
Trello offers a free version, whereas other similar products don't. The upgraded version is also much cheaper than the other options I've found.
Trello is extremely helpful when you are managing multiple projects at once that include a wide variety of people across different departments. It also helps easily visualize and track what needs to get done. It may not be the best for complex and extensive projects, sometimes I find it to be too simple and basic.
