Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

Our company uses Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* across all of its divisions and business units. It's helped us not only find relevant coverage, but easily build out reports for executives and management.

*This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.

  • Very agile
  • Robust reporting and measurement
  • Easy to use
  • As with many systems, broadcast coverage isn't caught unless it's close captioned. I haven't found any system where that is not the case.
This is a great system if you are a large organization looking to easily customize how a large number of groups and individuals look at media coverage. Every person can build out their own dashboard, or section of the coverage, and they really drill down into what you want to measure. It's been extremely helpful when looking at share-of-voice of topics and trends, in addition to segmenting coverage by month. The option to build the product into the back-end of the website to help show placement value is tremendously helpful.

Using Cision Communications Cloud

Cision Communications Cloud is very easy to use, and if you don't know how to address an issue or problem, the customer service reps are extremely prompt. I was wary of relying on others to build out our reporting, but I won't ever go back to doing it myself.
