Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is being used by our public relations department for media monitoring and reporting, especially paying attention to the valuations of the received coverage.

Great, the customer service text tool is great and other customer service reps respond quickly via e-mail.

One of the strengths of Cision Communications Cloud that was a key in the selection process it that it has the most user-friendly interface of all.
