Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

We use Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* to calculate ROI for our non profit foundation's sponsors. They like to track annual coverage for the foundation and for themselves.



*This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.

  • Adding new Canadian publications
  • Clarity in ad equivalents
Cision Communications Cloud is well suited for tracking coverage and number of articles. Some readership numbers in Canada and ad equivalents seem to not be accurate.

Very useable, not much help needed to review/report. Boolean support is fantastic with the success team.
