Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is being used by our social media and digital marketing department. It helps us track the different product mentions of each social campaign that we hold.

Pros

  • Amazing customer service team! Extremely helpful and willing to walk you through anything.
  • Prompt responses when our team asks questions about a certain feature or issue we're running into.
  • The platform is very dynamic, interactive, and user-friendly. I love how we can customize the layout according to our needs.

Cons

  • It'd be great to see Instagram's analytics being pulled up.
Cision Communications Cloud has a much more dynamic and interactive interface. It not only pulls up data but allows you to customize the layout of specific trends you might want to see from the data.
Great to use when tracking social media mentions around campaigns.

Transition from TrendKite to Cision Communications Cloud

The customer care team is super supportive and timely in their response to our questions/needs/concerns.

Using Cision Communications Cloud

Cision offers various tools helpful for PR but those different options can sometimes be overwhelming for a user.
