Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is used by our organization to manage public relations activities on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Our entire organization utilizes Cision Communications Cloud for reporting coverage, competitive analysis and industry insights to clients. We use Cision's data for accurate reporting of coverage and Google Analytics. Cision makes reporting an easier process!

Pros and Cons

Pros

Cision wouldn't be what it is without their customer service. I can always depend on their staff to help me in a pinch.
Cision's visuals do a great job of conveying important information in an easy way.

Meltwater Buzz and Meltwater

Cision Communications Cloud gives us the ability to tailor or reports to get exactly what we are looking for. One of the key differentiators is that Cision allows us to use a publication list, which helps make sure our results pull credible publications that our clients care about. Other platforms don't allow that type of flexibility.

Cision Communications Cloud is well suited for PR professionals to utilize the coverage and mentions their organization is receiving. It is an easy way to keep up with monthly reports; get insights on industry trends and stay up-to-date.

No other reporting platform has the support that Cision offers. I love building relationships with their staff and feel confident that they will do whatever it takes to make sure my reports come out exactly how I wanted!
