Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud
We use Cision Communications Cloud (Trendkite)* at NadaMoo! to analyze online press hits and compare the press we have received to that of our competitors.

- It compares our share of the press space to our competitors that we entered into the system.
- The dashboard gives a quick look at press hits.
- Cision has great customer support and are available to quickly answer any questions.
- I wish there was a way to incorporate a full press picture into Cision and not just online articles.
- I would like access to current, up-to-date press emails.
- I would like to see more social interactions included in the picture for Trendkite like Facebook likes, Twitter retweets, Instagram engagement and YouTube listening.

Cision gave us access to current emails of editors, writers and journalists. This was very helpful for our press outreach. Cision gave us access to A News Tip but I found that service to not have current contact info and was not able to help us much.
