Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

Our PR team uses Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* to monitor media coverage in real time and generate timely media coverage reports for executives and other key stakeholders. It also helps us identify industry and competitor trends.

Pros

  • Tracks media coverage in near real time.
  • Easy to use dashboards and reports.
  • Great customer service.

Cons

  • Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is starting to offer services that allow users to track actions taken based on coverage, but the platform is a little behind the curve compared to AirPR.
AirPR is more advanced in terms of tracking audience action based on coverage, but Cision Communications Cloud* is more intuitive and user friendly.


*This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of the Cision Communications Cloud.
Cision Communications Cloud* is great for tracking and reporting media coverage and identifying media, industry and competitor trends.

Transition from TrendKite to Cision Communications Cloud

Both the online chat support and account management support is excellent. They're willing to help with just about anything.
